We perform delivery for the territory of the Republic of Croatia as well as abroad. Below you can find out the most important delivery information. If you are a buyer from a country not listed in our price list or simply need more information feel free to contact us.
Delivery for the territory of the Republic of Croatia
The goods are delivered to the customer's address. If the buyer's address is in a residential building with several apartments and floors, then delivery is made to the entrance to the residential building. We perform delivery through delivery services that are registered for delivery operations.
The delivery time to the customer's address is usually 2-5 working days, counting from the day of sending the goods. Exceptions are some smaller places and islands that have a special delivery regime, which usually lasts up to 7 working days from the day of sending the goods.
The buyer will receive the goods packed in suitable packaging that protects them from damage during normal handling during transport. During delivery, the buyer is obliged to check whether there is damage to the packaging, and in case there is the same to complain to the person who delivered the goods, and refuse to pick up the shipment.

Delivery abroad
Lightweight shipments are usually delivered to the customer's address, and sometimes by mail to the nearest post office that gravitates to the customer's address. For heavier shipments, we organize delivery directly to the desired address. We deliver the goods by mail or through delivery services that perform the activity of delivery in the buyer's country.
The buyer will receive the goods packed in suitable packaging that protects them from damage during normal handling during transport. During delivery, the buyer is obliged to check whether there is damage to the packaging, and in case there is the same to report to the delivery service that delivered the goods and make a record of the damage.
Prices for delivery abroad
The cost of delivery will be offered before the order is completed depending on the weight. The cost of delivery for international customers is the price for shipments weighing up to 10 kg for non-EU countries and 20 kg for EU countries.
